P.Sampath Kumar

Director-Finance

Mr. Sampathkumar- Director of the Company since its incorporation and was appointed as Director-Finance. Prior to his role as Director, Sampath was heading the ETA – Qatar Small Business Division. In this role he was responsible for financial management of the company’s individual operation units. His responsibilities include financial planning & control, revenue assurance and margin Management.

He has also played a key role in helping M/s Metecno Italy to setup a green field project in Sriperumbudur, India. Also under his leadership M/s Indo Metals was rated as one of the valuable partner in SME sector with M/s Ashok Leyland. He was instrumental in successful completion of lot of Iconic & Prestigious projects such as Ashok Leyland Pant Nagar Plant, PUF Panels Mfg facility at Sriperumbudur, Cold storage & Clean Rooms.

An Mechanical Engineer from madras university, Sampath graduated in 2001, before pursuing his Post- Graduate in Management from Anna University, Chennai

R.Satyanarayanan

Director-Business Development

Mr. Sathyanarayanan is a graduate with Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from one of the Premier Institutions in India, possess nearly two decades of experience both in Local & International Markets

He has worked in Senior positions with leading MEP companies such VOLTAS, ETA, ZAMIL etc., where he was instrumental in successful award & completion of Iconic & Prestigious projects such as TCS HQ, Motorola, Formula 1 Racetrack, ISRO etc.

His deep understanding in Project Management and blend of Local & International experience, contributes to the growth of the company to a great extent. His Vision is to Set new Bench marks in the current MEP Industry in terms of Quality and Technology.

R.Rajaram

Director-Operations

Mr.N.Rajaram has joined the organisation in 2019 as Director - Operations. He did his Master’s Degree in Refrigeration & Air conditioning from one of the reputed institute. He is a seasoned professional having proven track record in the HVAC industry both in India & Overseas.

During his tenure in Voltas and Zamil, he has managed numerous territories and positions. He has successfully executed prestigious projects like ITC, ISRO, TCS, Flextronics, Foxconn etc.

His through knowledge in Technical matters, gives appropriate Technical solutions to end clients across the table and his considerable experience in Customer care is always a value add to the organisation.

T.Kuberan

GM-HRD

Mr. Kuberan Thimmaiyan has completed his MBA (HR) from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore and his B.Com degree from Gobi Arts College, Gobichettipalayam.

In his career he has worked with major industrial players both in India and International companies like Voltas Ltd., CCE-Contracting & Construction in abroad and companies like ELGI Equipment, Lakshmi Electrical Controls and Super Spinning Mills in India.

He has more than 28 years of experience in the area of HRD.

Prior to joining Guild Engineering, Mr. Kuberan was associated with Voltas Ltd. (IOBG) as an Admin. Manager.

Sajeev Hariharan

GM-Kerala

Mr. Sajeev Hariharan Our GM for Kerala Operations and Electrical Department joined us in 2021 and is responsible for the Electrical Estimation across the company.

He has started his carrier during 1999 with United Power Builders, one of the leading Electrical Contractors in Kerala, and he has worked with major MEP players in abroad like Voltas, Efeco (Arabtec Group)

He has more than 25 years of experience in the area of MEP, especially electrical design and estimation, planning, execution, testing and commissioning of HT/LT equipments. His other areas of expertise are in Negotiation and Contract management, Vendor development, marketing and business development.
